Peyman Faratin PhD

Peyman has over three decades of experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. He obtained his PhD in Multi-Agent Systems in 2000, being awarded the IFAAMAS Influential Paper Award for his thesis work. He served eight years as research scientist at MIT (CSAIL), working with David D Clark building AI in IP networks and leading national research bringing AI into packet switching networks. He has served as chief scientist at Strands Inc, Two Sigma, and SpineZone, and is currently advisor to Fujitsu, McKinsey and startups. He founded RobustLinks where he built patented embedding and vector storage technologies. He is LP and advisor to Parameter Ventures, and Visiting Scientist at MIT.

Kimmy is a research engineer and applied machine learning specialist with 14+ years experience spanning computer vision, large language models, and full-stack systems. With a Ph.D. in computer science from Cornell, Kimmy ships production ML systems at Google, Adobe, and Dropbox, blending rigorous analytical skills with visual clarity and technical depth. Her work includes building real-time depth estimation models, managing large-scale data pipelines, and debugging complex NLP systems. Kimmy's blend of hands-on systems engineering and strategic problem-solving makes her uniquely effective for complex AI and data challenges.

Prof. Terrance Boult (PhD)

Terry is the El Pomar Endowed Professor of Innovation and Security at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and Co-director of the Bachelor of Innovation family of degrees. Dr. Boult has published over 150 Papers and holds 6 patents with 9 pending. Before joining UCCS in 2003, he was an endowed professor and founding chairman of Lehigh University's CSE Department. He received his BS in Applied Math (1983) MS in CS (1984) and Ph.D. in Computer CS (1986) from Columbia University and then spent 8 years on the Columbia CS Department Faculty. He has won 2 teaching awards, multiple research/innovation awards and multiple IEEE service awards, and is a member of the IEEE Golden Core. He is the chair of the IEEE PAMI Technical Committee and a founding member of the IEEE Biometrics Council.

Jacomo Corbo (PhD)

Jacomo Jacomo Corbo is CEO of PhysicsX. Prior to that he was a founder and Chief Scientist of QuantumBlack and was a partner at McKinsey & Company. QuantumBlack is an AI engineering services company started in 2009 with a heritage in Formula One that has become the leading AI implementation partner for large enterprises globally and the AI arm of McKinsey & Company since its acquisition in 2016. Jacomo was responsible for architecting and overseeing many of QuantumBlack’s most complex transformation programs, with a particular focus on R&D, manufacturing, and operations at advanced engineering and industrial clients. Jacomo was also the global leader of McKinsey’s MLOps service line, focused on helping clients improve software engineering practices for data and AI products and systems. He was a Codirector of QB/Labs, QuantumBlack’s R&D and product engineering lab, and co-chaired McKinsey’s Technology Council, a group of 50+ senior leaders from a diverse set of organizations responsible for tracking the evolution of major technology trends and shaping McKinsey’s response.

Jacomo is an engineer with both a PhD in computer science and a Masters in applied statistics from Harvard University, and a Bachelor in electrical engineering from McGill University. He was a Senior Fellow at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Canada Research Chair of Information Management at the University of Ottawa. Between 2006 and 2008, Jacomo was the Chief Race Strategist for the Renault F1 (Alpine) Team during which time the team won two world championships.
